Artemus Lynn “Artie” Goodman, 44, of Eastview passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2010, at his home. He was a co-founder and handler for the Kentucky Search and Rescue, worked with the Hardin County Emergency Management and worked in construction.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Shawn Wills, a grandmother, Ruth Rickett and his best friend and cousin, Mike Stillwell.

Survivors include his wife, Toni Brown Goodman, a daughter, Lora Duvall, two grandchildren, Jordan and Matthew Duvall, his mother and step-father, Wanda Summers and Chris Krycun, father and step-mother, Danny Dale and Lynn Goodman, two sisters, Dana Skaggs and Christy Wills and a brother, Jerry Wills.

Services will be conducted at 1pm Saturday in the chapel of Dixon-Atwood & Trowbridge Funeral Home with Bro. Ernest Smothers officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairfield Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday from 6pm-8pm, Friday from 10am-8pm and Saturday after 10am at the funeral home.

Expressions of Sympathy may take the form of contributions to the family.
